Dr. Axel Reinhardt studied human medicine at the University of Ulm and completed his specialist training at the Evangelisches Waldkrankenhaus Spandau. He worked there as a senior physician until 2001, before moving to the Oberlink Clinic, an orthopaedic specialist clinic in Potsdam, as head physician for spinal and pelvic surgery. During this time, he also served as Medical Director. Since 2018, he has headed the Orthopaedics Clinic at the Ernst von Bergmann Klinikum Potsdam. Dr. Reinhardt is a specialist in orthopaedics and trauma surgery and has additional qualifications in special orthopaedic surgery, rheumatology and sports medicine.
