Development of a method for the interventional therapy of tricuspid regurgitation (translational project, “proof of concept” in large animal experiments up to the first clinical application (CE study TricValve, BMBF and industry funded). TCD-MitraClip-Study: TransCranial Doppler-detected cerebral embolic load during Mitraclip implantation. Cooperation partner: Center for Stroke Research (CSB), Charité Berlin Cardiogenic shock and mechanical circulatory support (Assist Devices, initiation / management of the Impella EuroSchock Register, IIT, multicentric Europe-wide register)
