Under the direction of Prof. Dr. Martin Kostelka, around 300 operations are performed on patients with congenital heart defects at Heart Center Leipzig every year. With his many years of experience and a survival rate of 99% in children from the age of one, Prof. Kostelka and his team ensure outstanding results. The entire spectrum of congenital heart defects is treated with the highest level of expertise and the utmost care - for a healthy future for young patients.
